About this blend
The Gathering Table is our blend for the full pot — Sunday mornings, holiday tables, and anyone pouring for more than one. Colombia gives it a chocolate and brown-sugar backbone, Ethiopia adds ripe plum and fruit on top, and Honduras rounds it out with body and a smooth praline finish. Like our other blends, each origin is roasted to its own profile and combined after roasting, which keeps every component clear instead of muddied. Taken darker than our other blends, it's sweet enough for the person who drinks it black and sturdy enough for the one who adds cream. Roasted from certified organic green coffee beans. (We roast in small batches on the farm; Deer Run Acres is not itself a certified organic handler.)
