This single origin comes from the mountains of Colombia, grown by smallholder families and washed for a clean, sweet cup. Expect chocolate and brown sugar, with a ripe nectarine sweetness underneath and a round finish. This is the steady cup — sweet, dependable, and good at any hour of the day. Roasted medium-dark to build body and sweetness, and available whole bean or ground. Best brewed as drip, pour-over, or French press. Roasted from certified organic green coffee beans. (We roast in small batches on the farm; Deer Run Acres is not itself a certified organic handler.)
