Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Chelchele is a Grade 2 natural processed coffee from the legendary Yirgacheffe growing region. Grown at extreme altitudes between 1,900 and 2,200 meters, these beans develop extraordinary complexity and sweetness.

The natural process — where beans are dried inside the cherry — gives this coffee its signature fruit-forward character. Expect a vibrant cup bursting with tropical fruit and ripe plum, floral hibiscus aromatics, and a clean black tea finish. This is our highest-rated coffee at 87 points on the cupping scale.
