Farm Fresh Egg Delivery in Erie County — How Our Subscription Works

Caleb Schenk|February 22, 2026

Getting farm-fresh pasture-raised eggs delivered to your door in Erie County has never been easier. At Deer Run Acres, we've built a simple subscription system that puts local, nutrient-rich eggs on your doorstep without any hassle.

Where We Deliver

Our egg delivery covers 19 zip codes throughout Erie County, PA. We deliver to communities including:

Edinboro, Erie, Girard, Fairview, McKean, Harborcreek, Waterford, North East, Lake City, Cranesville, Mill Village, Wattsburg, Albion, East Springfield, North Springfield, West Springfield, Union City, and Elgin.

If you're in Erie County and not sure whether we deliver to your address, just reach out — we're always happy to check.

How the Subscription Works

Our egg subscription is designed to be as simple as possible:

Step 1: Choose your frequency. We offer two options — once a month or twice a month delivery. Most families find that twice a month keeps them well stocked.

Step 2: Select your quantity. Start with one dozen per delivery or more if your family goes through eggs quickly.

Step 3: Set up payment. Egg subscriptions require a credit card on file for automatic billing. No invoices to track, no checks to mail.

Step 4: Sit back and enjoy. Your eggs show up at your door like clockwork. Cancel or suspend anytime — no commitments, no penalties.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver eggs over the 1st and 3rd weekends of each month. All deliveries are made personally by the Deer Run Acres team — not a third-party courier. That means your eggs are handled with care from our farm to your door.

If you're on the once-a-month plan, you'll receive your delivery on the 1st weekend. Twice-a-month subscribers get deliveries on both the 1st and 3rd weekends.

Pricing

Our egg delivery pricing is straightforward:

$6.00 per dozen for pasture-raised, non-GMO fed eggs — the same price as our farm stand.

$6.00 delivery fee per stop — this covers the cost of our delivery routes throughout Erie County.

That means a once-a-month delivery of one dozen eggs is just $12.00 total. For twice-a-month delivery, that's $24.00 per month for two dozen eggs delivered right to your door.

Why Subscribe Instead of Buying at the Store?

Consistency — you never run out of eggs. They just show up.

Freshness — our eggs are days old when delivered, not weeks old like grocery store eggs.

Nutrition — pasture-raised eggs have significantly more omega-3s, vitamin E, and vitamin A than conventional eggs.

Supporting local — every dollar goes directly to our family farm in Edinboro, PA.

Convenience — no special trips, no remembering to add eggs to your shopping list.

Farm Stand Alternative

Not ready to subscribe? No problem. Our roadside farm stand at 6823 Old State Rd, Edinboro, PA 16412 has eggs available for pickup anytime. It's self-serve — just grab your eggs and leave cash or a check. No appointment needed.

Add More to Your Delivery

When you have an egg subscription, you can also add other products to your delivery at no extra delivery charge. We carry tallow skincare products, locally roasted coffee, herbal teas, herbs, and spices that can all ride along with your egg delivery.
